Subscription, Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policies

Subscription Policy

Your Glow Access Membership is a recurring monthly subscription billed at $10/month. By enrolling, you authorize Newiie Care to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel. Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date each month.

Shipping Policy

Monthly beauty boxes are shipped once per billing cycle. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and product availability. Newiie Care is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription through the Member Portal, or by contacting us at support@newiiecare.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to receive your box for the month in which you cancel.

Refund Policy

All membership charges are non-refundable once processed. If your box is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right. Newiie Care reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value.
